Yoga and My Abs
Yoga is proven to be very therapeutic and a good way to exercise. When I see people doing those yoga poses, I feel like I could not do all those stretching at all. But then again, why not give it a try? Yoga is also known for its spiritual origins. Back in the days it was very related Hinduism. Yoga was very much a part of their culture, way of life and worship. Now, of course, it has become more of a physical exercise.
It is known for its ability to make the abs firm, too. Oh, I think I would need that a lot! Yoga blocks are sold online—should I get one?
