Avoid Frustrations Caused by Car Accidents

I don’t know how to drive and our family doesn’t have a car. Well at least, none yet. But owning a car is one of the things in our list of must-haves and to-dos. However, after reading some alarming facts, I found myself thinking long, deep and hard if it would be wise for us to invest in a car.

I have read that 61% of fatal car crashes in the U.S. alone involved just one vehicle and that half of the figures for these fatal crashes occurred on roads with a speed limit of 55 mph and higher. I also learned that majority of car accidents happened during the evening rush hour on weekdays and late morning on weekends, probably when people are driving home after a night of heavy booze and partying.

The saddest part of this report showed car accidents were the main culprit for the deaths of children and teenagers. So if any of you become victims of car accidents, make sure you get much needed help from an Austin car accident lawyer in order for you to avoid frustrations and obtain what you truly deserve in the aftermath of the accident.

  1. It's called permissive use and hopefully she has a learners permit. You allowed her to drive your vehicle knowing the consequences. Your insurance should cover all parties involved. If she's not listed on your policy as a driver, your premium should not be affected.
