Financial and Physical Diet

Finally, my family and I are back in our hometown Cagayan de Oro City. It’s been awhile since we have been here. The last time was in 2008 and then we returned to Bacolod City and lived another two years for a total of almost seven years.

Well, I am really happy that we are home. Aside from the fact that we are able to see our families from both sides, we are happy because living here means a lowered cost of living. Therefore, the opportunity to save for the family is very much evident. Another thing is the availability of many food ingredients that could help us make a diet soup (for me of course).

Now, the opportunity to go on a diet financially and physically is here. We can save much on money to buy food because they are affordable and we can make killer diet recipes that can help us achieve our goals. Isn’t that exciting!!
