Any Advice for Me?
Is there really such a thing as a quick weight loss regimen or product? Well, as you can see, I have been raving and ranting about losing weight but up until now, I haven’t loosed any weight but in fact I am gaining faster than ever!
Anyway, I only have myself to blame. I am too lazy to do walking and sit-ups. I am even too lazy to control my habit of eating. When I eat, I do it until I am full. When I am hungry, I always make myself a mug of coffee with milk in the evenings and eat what is available when it’s daytime.
So, any advice for people like me who wants to lose weight but too lazy to do it? Badly need one now. :D
